Dear Artist,

We are launching a fundraising initiative next  year  and we need your creative genius to make it happen.

We respectfully invite you to participate in Off the Wall on March 6 - 20, 2025.

OTW is an art exhibition with a closing event to be held on March 21, 2025.

We kindly request that you create anything your heart desires on a 10"x 10" x 1.5" panel (provided  to you by us) to benefit the  operations of our community art center.

Your unique creative genius is exactly what we need to bring this project to life, as it plays a crucial role in supporting our mission year-round. This project not only aims to raise funds, but also to celebrate and promote the incredible talent in Vermont. Artists and audiences join up and share the passion for enriching the cultural landscape of the Mad River Valley and beyond.

We encourage you to consider how your artistry can contribute to this meaningful endeavor and we look forward to bringing your work into the fold of our warm and inclusive Mad Arts family.

Here is how it works: 

We provide you with a 10” x 10" x 1.5” unprimed panel.

You invent any way you choose and then donate the panel back to us.

Yours along with 99 others will be on display in our gallery for 3 weeks.

The exhibition is open and free for all visitors while on view.

You receive exposure in our Gallery and on social media.

Interested community buyers purchase a ticket from us for closing night during which they choose their   favorite work 'off the   wall'.

We will promote your creative process leading up to “Off the Wall” on social media. Joining together allows you to enrich your own practice, while simultaneously helping us to sustain vital  art services for our communities.

100 OFF THE WALL ticket holders come to the reception on March 21st to pick up their 10 x 10 art panel. Mad Arts will randomly select a number between 1-100, that number/ticket holder gets to choose which panel they want from the 100 displayed in the gallery. If you are the fourth to purchase a ticket then you are # 4. Mad Arts tracks which number you are.
